I thought for sure the cover of the greatest hits album was going to be the one on Vince Ray's site... Does anyone know what became of that one?
For some reason his site isn't up, but do you guys remember seeing it?
too many bands have vince ray cover artwork on their albums these days, if you ask me. and although i do like the knock-out cover he did for sxdx, it doesn't really meet the rest of the sxdx cover artwork that has been done in the past. the one they finally chose fits more in the history of their album artworks. but that's just my opinion.
I did a quick search on here and found it. Here's the link. Personally, I like it better- it lacks a certain "Photoshopped together in about five minutes" quality that the one going on the shelves has.

This would have been one great classy cover, but oh well...
At least there are some wicked photos (IMHO one of the best ever shots of Dennis) by Gabrielle Geiselman inside the booklet:

The pic of Dennis is cool. That would be cool to incorperate that into the album cover, or back of album.
